If you want to get your cardiovascular system WORKING, this is the class to do! This Sprint class can be used as a standalone movement or a supplemental additional to your other movement practices. You only need to do this class between 2-4 times per week. We will do 30 seconds of work AS HARD AND FAST AS WE CAN, followed by 2 minutes of yoga. Get that heart pumping without wearing ourself out for the rest of the day.
