This FREE Burn+Flow Sampler is a sneak peak into the full body, strength training, feeling good movement that is Burn+Flow. We add weights to our yoga flow to add that extra component that is needed for our overall health and wellness that a regular yoga class can be missing. I use 10lb weights during this class, but you can use whatever weight feels best for you, even using no weights if weight training is new to you!
