This class was filmed live with my students at the Greenfield Senior Center. This class is FREE! Please share with anyone that might benefit from this type of class. We start seated in our chair, then move to standing poses with the assistance of our chair, and we finish on the mat. You will need a chair, mat, and strap. You can also use a tie or belt if a yoga strap is not available.
